Ingredients:
1/4 Cup (60ml) – Light Soy Sauce (Gluten Free if necessary)
2 Tbsp. (32g) – Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. (20g) – Date Paste (Click here for recipe)
2 Tsps. (10ml) – Sesame Oil
2 Tsps. (10ml) – Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp (6g) – Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
1/2 – 1 Tsp (3-6g) – Garlic Paste (or finely minced)
1/4 Tsp (1g) – Chinese 5 Spice
Method:
• Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
• The sauce can be used in sir fries or as a dip.
• Enjoy.
Makes about 1/2 Cup of Hoisin Sauce.

Hoisin Dip
Ingredients:
• Vegetables of your choice
• Rice Paper
Method:
• Stir fry your vegetables
• Wrap the stir-fried vegetables in the rice paper as per packaged instructions.
• Now dip the wrapped veggies into the hoisin sauce and enjoy.

Hoisin and Vegetable Noodles
Ingredients:
• Vegetables of your choice
• Noodles of your choice (Gluten Free and Egg Free if necessary)
Method:
• Stir fry your vegetables.
• Cook your noodles as packaged instructions.
• Add some hoisin sauce over the noodles and strip it through.
• Now add the stir-fried vegetables to the noodles and give everything a quick mix and enjoy.
