This recipe is a winner at any party or BBQ and your guest will leave the bowl empty and clean.
1 (150g) – Avocado flesh
1/3 – 1/2 Cup – Fat Free/Low Fat/Full Fat Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt/Milk/Cream
8 -10 – Peppadews, Mild or Hot (Piquanté Peppers or Bell Peppers)
1 – 2 Tsp – Lemon Juice
2 – Cloves Garlic
Handful of Parsley
Himalayan Salt or Kosher Salt and freshly grounded Black Pepper to taste
• Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend smooth.
