These 3 ingredients Nut Butter Choc Chip Cookies is probably the easiest cookies you will ever bake. It’s very possible that you already have these ingredients in your pantry, especially if you have kids.
My little girl has inspired this recipe. She loves eating peanut butter and maple syrup mixed together as a little treat. One day when she asked me for her favourite snack again, I thought to myself how cool would it not be if I can bake cookies with these 2 ingredients, so I tried.
The very first batch I baked made me literally jump up and down with joy but looking at these new cookies made me feel like they needed something, so I decided to add the chocolate chips. Ever since then my little girl has been asking for these special cookies regularly.
After I posted these cookies and video on my Instagram account it has brought me so many compliments as friends and fans started to bake them and shared their photos and feedback.
I hope you will enjoy these cookies as much as we do❤

Chocolate Chips
Method:
• Preheat your oven to 180˚C/350˚F.
• Combine the nut butter and maple syrup and mix well or for the chocolate nut butter cookie add the melted chocolate then mix well.
• Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
• Divide the dough into 8 equal size balls.
• Shape them into circles and add your chocolate chips.
• Bake for 8 minutes or approx. 6 minutes when you are using honey.
• Allow the cookies to cool completely.
• Enjoy.
Makes 8 cookies.
Notes:
• Please note that when you use honey the cookies might turn out darker in colour and almost look burned. I suggest you try and use a light-coloured honey or reduce the baking time by about 2 minutes.
• It is important that the nut butter you use is not too thick or too runny. If the oil has separated from the nut butter empty the contents into a blender and just blend it smooth again.
