This delicious Berry and Avocado Protein Smoothie is great for either a pre-workout or post workout drink?
It is also low in calories if you are looking for a smoothie that is healthy and guilt free.
1 Cup – Frozen Berries
1 (60g) – Small Banana
1/2 (50g) – Avocado
1/2 – 1 Cups (125-250ml) – Unsweetened, Almond Milk or any other milk of your choice
2 Scoops (45g) – Strawberry or Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (use a protein powder according to your special diet)
• You can add any protein powder according to your own special diet or you can omit the protein powder completely.
• Blend all the ingredients smooth in a food processor or electric hand blender.
• Add the milk according to your own liking.
Makes 2 small or 1 large serving.
