This Vegan Parmesan adds a lot of flavour to cooked dishes as well as salads and pastas. Its quick and easy to make and you only need 4 ingredients.
1/4 Cup (30g) – Walnuts
3 Tbsp. (12g) – Nutritional Yeast
1 1/2 Tbsp. (15g) – Sunflower Seeds
1/8 Tsp – Himalayan Salt (or according to taste)
• Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend through.
