October 13, 2017This recipe is Vegan – Vegetarian – Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Egg Free – Diabetic – Paleo and Keto friendly.
Have you ever tried Broccoli and Cauliflower Pizza before? Well this yummy veggie pizza is packed with goodness and its guilt free.
Ingredients:
2 cups (200g) – Grounded raw Cauliflower or Broccoli or both together
3/4 cup (85g) – Almond Flour or Oats Flour (gluten free)
1 Tbsp. (6g) – Parmesan Cheese or Nutritional Yeast (5g) (for Vegan)
1 Tbsp. (2g) – Dried Italian Herb Spices
Fresh Garlic or garlic powder (to taste)
Himalayan Sea Salt/Kosher Salt (to taste)
1 – Egg (or a flaxseed egg for a vegan/egg free option)
Vegan/Egg Free Version:
1 Tbsp. (7g) ground Flaxseed
1 Tbsp. (15ml) Water
• Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Optional:
• 1/2 – Avocado mashed
• Vegan Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese
Method:
• Mix all the ingredients together and form a round shape on a piece of parchment paper.
• Bake at 180˚C/350˚F for 15 minutes.
• Spread the mashed avocado over your pizza base and add any veggies of your choice, but they will need to be partially cooked first.
• Bake for a further 15 minutes.
• Enjoy
