This recipe is Vegan – Vegetarian – Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Egg Free and Diabetic friendly.
Not much is needed to make this delicious and beautiful Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl. Its quick, easy and will keep your belly satisfied.
1 – Small Banana
1/4 Cup (40g) – Blueberries
1/4 Cup (45g) – Blackberries
1/4 Cup (45g) – Raspberries
1 Tbsp. (5g) – Chia seed Powder
1/2 – 2/3 Cup (125 – 160ml) – Soy Yogurt or Full Fat/Low Fat Greek Yogurt
• Blend all the ingredients together in either a smoothie maker, a food processor or by using a hand blender.
• Garnish used in this image is mixed berries, chopped cashew nuts, cacao nibs and a berry coulis.
• You can use a coffee grinder to grind the chia seeds into a powder.
