This recipe is Vegan – Vegetarian – Diabetic – Dairy Free – Egg Free and Gluten Free friendly.
This delicious Chocolate Overnight Oats will take you not even 5min to prepare the night before and when you wake in the morning your breakfast is ready and waiting for you in the fridge. You can even take it to work and safe more time.
1 – Airtight container
1/2 Cup (50g) – Rolled Oats (I prefer the Gluten Free)
1 1/2 – 2 Tbsp. (10.5 – 14g) – Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1/3 Cup (80ml) – Plant Based Milk or other
1 Tbsp. (15ml) – Maple Syrup/Honey or any another sweetener
1/2 Cup (150g) – Dairy or Dairy Free Plain Yogurt
25g – Melted Chocolate (I use a dairy free and sugar free one)
• Mix the oats and cocoa powder and add this into your overnight container.
• Mix the milk and honey and stir it through the oats.
• Cover the oats and milk with the yogurt and drizzle the melted chocolate over. (You can also add the melted chocolate before serving.)
• Close the lid and refrigerate it overnight.
• Enjoy the next day.
