This recipe is Vegan – Vegetarian – Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Egg Free and Paleo Friendly.
Looking for a delicious pre- post workout or just a delightful smoothie idea? Then try this Avocado, Banana and Chocolate Smoothie.
1 – Small Avocado
1 – Small to Medium Banana
1 Tbsp. (7g) – Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 – 2 Cups (375-500ml, or to your own desire) – Plant Based Milk (I use Almond Milk)
2 – Small blocks of Chocolate, melted (this is optional and according to your special diet)
You can add any protein powder or sweetener if you prefer.
• Blend the avocado and banana smooth in a food processor or electric hand blender.
• Add the milk, chocolate and protein and sweetener if you prefer and blend through.
