Ever wanted to make your own jelly? Well with this yummy Peach Jelly recipe you can. Its quick and easy and oh so tasty.
Ingredients:
2 (150g) – Peaches, skinned and pitted
1 – Peach sliced (keep aside)
1 Cup (250ml) – Water
2-3 Tbsp. (40g) – Erythritol/Xylitol Sugar, or any other (and according to your own taste)
2 Tsp (4g) – Agar Agar Powder
1 Tsp (5ml) – Lemon Juice
Method:
• Add all the ingredients, except for the peach slices together in a saucepan and blend smooth.
• Prepare a bowl of your choice and lightly spray it with a non-stick cooking spray.
• Decorate the peach slices on the bottom of the bowl.
• Heat the jelly mixture in the saucepan until it starts to boil, then remove from heat.
• Allow it to cool for a few minutes.
• Slowly pour the jelly mixture into your prepared bowl, or wait until your jelly has started to set and place them where you desire.
• Refrigerate the peach jelly for a couple of hours or until it has fully set.
• Enjoy.
