Ingredients:
50g – Rice Noodles (Gluten Free if necessary)
2 Tbsp. (30ml) – Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. (15ml) – Tahini
1/4 Cup (60ml) – Plant based Milk (or more, if you prefer a thinner sauce)
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Peanuts and toasted Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Method:
• Cook your noodles according to package instructions.
• Add all the other ingredients together except for the garnish and mix well.
• Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix through.
• Garnish with the peanuts and toasted sesame seeds.
• Enjoy.
