Ingredients:
Papaya
Yogurt of your choice (dairy or non-dairy)
Fruits of your choice
Fruit coulis/sauce
Granola
Nuts
Dried fruit pieces
Method:
• Skin the papaya, cut it in half and remove the pits.
• You can make it a bit hollower if you want to add lots of yogurt and fruit.
• Add your favourite topping and enjoy.
