I am, by no means, a culinary expert or professional. However, I have lots of fun with cooking. The kitchen has always been inspiring to me.
I'm always trying to come up with something new and exciting to eat to keep my family from being bored to tears with my meals. Some things are born out of necessity, and some out of pure curiousity.
When you're trying to feed a constantly hungry household of a hard working husband and a growing child, you must be creative with your fixin's from time to time.
